On the day
Photo ID is the one thing you cannot arrive without.
The operator checks it against the details on your form before taking your prints. If it does not match, or you do not have it, the appointment cannot go ahead and you will need to book again.
Government photo ID
The same one you enter on the form. Without it the operator cannot process your appointment.
Your confirmation number
Shown as soon as you finish booking, and sent to your email.
Payment
Fees are paid at the location on the day, never when you book.
