How it works
Three steps, one visit, no paperwork to chase.
Choose

Step one
Tell us which check you need
Ohio BCI, the FBI check, or both. Whoever asked you to get screened will have told you which — and if you are not sure, choosing both covers every requirement.

Step two
Pick a location and time
Four locations across Ohio with live availability, so the time you choose is the time held for you. It takes a name, a date of birth and a way to reach you — nothing more.

Step three
Turn up with photo ID
Most appointments take about fifteen minutes. You pay at the location on the day, never when you book, and moving or cancelling beforehand is free.
What to bring
One thing matters more than the rest.
Without valid government photo ID the operator cannot process your appointment, and you will have to book again.
Government photo ID
The same one you enter on the form. Without it the operator cannot process your appointment.
Your confirmation number
Shown as soon as you finish booking, and sent to your email.
Payment
Fees are paid at the location on the day, never when you book.
Quick answers
Questions people ask before booking.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Booking takes a name, a date of birth and a way to reach you. You get a confirmation code, and that code plus your last name is all you need to change or cancel later.
- What if I am not sure which check I need?
- Choose both. It covers every requirement we see, and it is the same single visit — you are fingerprinted once regardless of how many places the prints are sent.
- When do I pay?
- At the location, on the day. Nothing is charged when you book, and cancelling costs nothing.
- What happens if I miss it?
- Nothing is charged, but the slot is released. Book again whenever suits you — or move your appointment beforehand, which is free and takes a moment.
